This Privacy Policy explains what data the application collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

1) Data We Collect

A. Account and Identity Information (Sign in with Apple)

To sign in to the application, "Sign in with Apple" is used. Depending on your preference, Apple may share:

  • Your name (you can edit this if you wish),
  • Your email address, or you may use Apple’s "Hide My Email" (alias) feature.

Note: This information is used solely for creating your account and providing the sign-in experience.

B. Profile Information (Optional)

The following information can be entered optionally on the user profile page:

  • Name (Display Name)
  • flight School
  • License Information
  • Training Stage / Level

Filling out these fields is not mandatory.

C. In-App Learning Data (Tests/Progress)

The application stores learning data such as questions solved, correct/incorrect answers, statistics, and progress.

2) How We Use Data?

Data may be used for the following purposes:

  • Executing account creation and sign-in processes
  • Displaying your profile within the application (e.g., display name)
  • Calculating test performance and progress (scoring, statistics, gap analysis, etc.)
  • Improving the application experience (e.g., error detection, performance)

3) Where is Data Stored?

  • Test/Progress Data: Stored on your device and may be stored on iCloud/Apple servers via Apple infrastructure for synchronization across your devices (depending on your synchronization settings).
  • Profile Information: Used for display within the application and to personalize the experience.

Since the application is a "test-solving and learning" application, it does not aim to collect highly sensitive personal data such as location, contacts, or health data.

4) Data Sharing

  • No data sale or sharing for marketing purposes with third parties.
  • Information entered in the profile and progress data are not used for advertising purposes.
  • Your data is not transferred to third parties except for legal obligations (court orders, etc.).

5) Tracking and Advertising

  • The application does not aim to track users across applications and websites.
  • Personalized advertising or "tracking"-based advertising is not conducted.

6) Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are taken to protect your data (access control, secure storage, prevention of unauthorized access, etc.). No system is 100% secure; however, we aim to continuously improve security.

7) User Controls and Rights

  • You can update or delete your profile information from within the application.
  • You can contact us via the "Support/Contact" channel within the application to request the deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Name/email sharing preferences for Sign in with Apple can be managed via your Apple ID settings.

8) Children's Privacy

The application is designed in accordance with applicable age requirements.

9) Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. Updates are published on this page; significant changes may be notified within the application.
